If for any reason you are no satisfied with your order*, you may send it back within 15 days of original purchase for replacement or refund. ALL merchandise must be returned, and all figures must be complete.
*NOTE if your package is damaged by the USPO Cast-a-Way Toys is not resposible for this damage. Each order has the option of insurance, if you feel like this is important we suggest you purchase it. Extra clamshell packaging can be purchased through direct contact via e-mail in the event original clamshell packaging is damaged

How many people work at CAT? 2, just two people do all the work.
Why does it take longer to get my stuff? Because we are just two guys who have regular day jobs, real life often intercedes. But rest assured we will goet it out to you as soon as humanly possible.
Why do you tke pre-orders (and my money up front)? The factory we use is extremely patient with us and our small orders. They consider anything under 10,000 pieces small. So our orders need to be pre-paid before we get started. This is how we are able to make small runs of figures, but also why it takes longer and we ask for the money up front. to sweeten the deal we typically add "early bird" extras as an added incentive.
